ALICE (Alert, Lockdown, Inform, Counter, Evacuate) provides preparation and a plan on how to more proactively handlethe threat of an aggressive intruder or active shooter event. ALICE training option based tactics have become the accepted response versus the traditional “lockdown only” approach.
